Store Maintenance
The store is open to the community. Vincent’s Values accepts cash or credit card only. No personal checks will be accepted. Items are not priced. Item will be purchased for a donation only, with the larger items being purchased for a ‘reasonable donation’ that is approved by the SVCCF Executive Director or designee.
The doors will be locked on the days the store is not open.

Sorting
Furniture is inspected at the time of donation. Furniture that is accepted as a donation is placed directly onto the sales floor if space permits. No large furniture (beds, couches, etc.) will be accepted. All other furniture items donated must be transported to SVCCF by the donor and removed by the customer. SVCCF is not responsible for retrieving or delivering purchased items.

Donation Specifications
Donated items may consist of adult and childrens clothing, household items such as bedding, craft items, knick-knacks, small household appliances (toaster, coffee maker, crock pot), unbroken toys and furniture. ST. VINCENT’S WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
- Torn, ripped or stained children’s clothing
- Stuffed animals or cloth toys
- Broken toys or toys with missing parts
- Broken appliances or appliances with missing parts
- Used undergarments
- Large appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, etc.
- Used mattresses
- Any items smelling of smoke or mold
Donations are accepted 6:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday at the front office of St. Vincent Center for Children and Families. Please call 812-424-4780 for more information.
